  I happened to be staying at the Days Hotel in Peoria and I didn't feel like leaving for food.  So, I went to Matchbox, had some dinner, and a few brews.
  
  It was a slow night, but the bartender kept the drinks coming, and I had a good time. I'd go back, if I were ever in the area again.
  
  OH!  I had some big burger.  The Matchbox Burger, maybe?  I forget the name...  Double-meat and cheese and all sorts of other stuff.  It was good.  The fries...?  Meh.  Fresh-cutting some fries could help the fries live up to the burger they're next to.  :)

  Updating this review because when I wrote it, it had just happened so my thoughts were all over the place.
  
  To begin, this place is located inside the Days Hotel, first mistake.
  
  Anyway, we went inside and sat on a table by the corner. The place was not full, it was not busy, it was steady. I know because I've worked in restaurants before so i understand what a full house or backed up kitchen is. Anyway, server took our order, she was nice can't deny that.
  
  Time started passing by and we started to notice other people getting their orders before us. We didn't make a fuzz out of that because no biggie.
  
  After 40 minutes of waiting one of my friends decided to walk up to the bar and ask how much longer cause by that point it was starting to feel ridiculous how long the food was taking.
  
  About 5 minutes after, the server comes to our table and tells us she lost the tickets and there was no food for us back there. Everyone in my group looked confused. How did she go 45 minutes without realizing she had lost our tickets?
  
  She then asked if we wanted a discount or something but there was no food, we were not saying a work because we just didn't understand if she meant there was no food at all or if we could place another order etc. Then she says "Fine" and walks away.
  
  At that point we decided to leave the place because it was clear to us the service was not going to get any better after this.

  Great atmosphere great food. Horse track racing available, waitress was excellent very friendly would definitely recommend this place!

  Pictures look better than the actual place. The bar is inside the lobby of a motel.  You have to go through the motel lobby to get into the bar. They don't have a big selection of liquor. I ordered a Tito's tonic and No Tito's. The well vodka gave me a hangover after like two drinks. Would go again as a last resort. But only for beer.

  Great hamburgers, great atmosphere, having the horse races is a plus and clean pool tables.  Have been back more than 10 times.  Oh and another plus if you get to drunk its connected to a motel. Nice clean bar will continue going back often.
